DEFINING HUMAN TRAFFICKING

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

From the paper written by Delores Goudy, entitled Human Sex Trafficking:  ADMST Industry Research, (Goudy, 2014), the author proposes to create uniform standards for,

“. . . .terms, objectives, and research methods related to the subject of the ADMST.  An alignment of governmental needs with expert research expectations, and consistent buildable data collection, analysis, and implementation designed to redevelop the identities of adolescent victims, criminals, communities, professionals, and institutions.”

The paper is poorly written but clearly indicates the definition of human trafficking and the governmental research and education entity recommendations that the ADMST Research Tool should be modeled after.  The entity, U.S. National Institute of Justice (NIJ), according to Goudy, defines the offense of human trafficking, describes its responsibility, and program needs; and provides a guide to relevant, consistent data for the development of the study of Domestic Minor Sex Trafficking (DMST), relying on the family oriented theorists, Bronfenbrenner and Havinghurst.  www.nij.gov
